Please tell me the strength of your decolorized iodine: i.e., how much iodine and/or potassium iodide (mg) per drop -- or per ml, whichever unit you choose.

Nancy, I went directly to the manufacturer's website and I obtain this:

They indicated there is 2% iodine, but did not go into the breakdown. The label sets out that 45% is alcohol and the remainder is purified water.

Normally this product is used as a skin disinfectant and it not measured in drops.

However Lugols iodine is measured in drops. You might want to take a look at Lugols Iodine
