Iodine - Hair Loss

by Ann

Could low iodine levels cause hair loss?

RESPONSE

Ann,

Low iodine levels can certainly cause hair loss. That is one of the symptoms among others for low iodine.

Did you look at hair loss?

An imbalance of the hormones caused by lack of iodine would cause hair loss, dry skin, hoarse voice, muscle cramps and a myriad of other seemingly unrelated symptoms.

I found out about all of this through diligent research and my multiple health issues which are slowly being resolved through the simple addition of iodine.

I suggest you read, read, read everything and invest in iodine which can be either in liquid form (Lugols) or pill form (Iodoral).

Let me know how you do.

Gook luck.
