Swollen Throat?

I'm a 55 year old female, still have a monthly cycle (VERY HEAVY), I'm hypothyroid, very high blood pressure (198/98), high cholesterol, high blood glucose, and have very bad keloid scars. Even though I try to eat healthy (low carb) and exercise my weight has been going up over this last decade. I now weigh 130 lbs MORE than I did a decade ago.I've seen many Dr.'s, and they say they don't know what is going wrong. At first they wanted to dose me with prescriptions, but know they just want to pass me off to another Dr. when they see the results of my blood tests. After research I started taking a low dose of Idoral (12.5 mg) 5 days ago because of the Hypothyroidism, my TSH was 5.85. I tried taking the Armour Thyroid 60mg my Dr prescribed but it always makes my throat feel swollen and very dry. After the third day of Idoral I had a little swelling in my throat and a rough feeling on my tongue. After 5 days my throat feels very swollen and it's uncomfortable for me to swallow. Also, I've noticed brain fog and forgetfulness return like it was about 5 years ago. I don't know if this is due to too much Iodine, a problem with my thyroid accepting the iodine, or a detox effect. I'm not sure what I should do, but I don't think I can make myself take this again tomorrow. Every time I fall asleep I wake up in a few minutes coughing and feeling like I'm choking. I don't have a Dr.'s support in this, because I haven't found one that's concerned about me. Any advice?

RESPONSE

It should like a major detox to me. Back off the iodine for a while to let your body clear out. Then, SLOWLY start adding the iodine. You sound extremely toxic.
