I did the patch test with tincture of iodine and the stain disappeared after 10-12 hours. Which supplement is better to use...Lugol's or Isodol?RESPONSECarmela, take a look at the page titled Iodine Supplements which has a comparison chart. By far, Lugols is the best product.
