Iodine Overdosing?

Wanting to really know if it is ok to ingest liquid kelp and use it in baby oil to tan in the same day?

Or is it overdosing?

RESPONSE

There are variables here I don't know about such as how much liquid kelp you ingested in a day and how much you put in the baby oil.

My educated guess would be that the little amount of liquid kelp in the baby oil would be insignificant and would probably not cause an overdose.
