Female Pattern Hair Loss

I am a 28 year old female who is suffering from pattern hair loss and diffuse thinning for the past 11 years.

I used to have really thick, straight, long and silky hair in my teens. My hair loss started when I was 17 years old. I lost a lot of hair on my crown and frontal hair loss. My scalp was soon visible and it was very embarrassing.

I am otherwise a healthy woman and have a holistic diet intake. I was detected with ovarian cyst when I was 20 years old and I took homeopathy medication for that. When I took a scan again 18 months after taking medication, the cyst completely disappeared then. My menstrual cycle is always from 30-35 days with occasional irregular cycles.

I have tried numerous treatments for my hair loss with very little or no results. My hair loss is progressive and I have lost about 90% of my scalp hair.

Is there any treatment that you can prescribe for me? Is my hair loss reversible? I am very grateful to you if you have any solution for me. Thank you.
