Cold Hands Remedy?

by Rob
(U.K.)

Well, it may not have been iodine, but I used to suffer from cold hands. It didn't matter if it was wintertime or not, but my fingers would go white.

I'm a great fan of chinese cooking (I'm considered the stir-fry expert in my family!) and I found some recipes for cooking with seaweed.

Well, strangely enough, since I started adding seaweed to the stir-frys, I haven't had a problem with my fingers.

The only thing I can put it down to is the fact that seaweed contains iodine.
